When it comes to people who just seem to be naturally photogenic, BTS‘s Jungkook is someone who always looks flawless no matter where he is.
Whether he is on a red carpet, filming a music video, or even just hanging out without any makeup, netizens are always in awe of his visuals and ability to look perfect in any picture or video taken of him.
If you’ve ever wondered how Jungkook gets that perfect shot, you’re in luck because the idol recently spilled on his go-to technique for taking the perfect picture.
On April 5 (KST), Jungkook surprised fans when he went live in his hotel room to chat to fans about everything from the 2022 GRAMMYs, flirted with fans, and even treated ARMYs to his beautiful singing voice.
In particular, during the broadcast, Jungkook spilled on the exact technique he uses when he is posing for a picture or video, and it might definitely be something ARMYs take into consideration and use the next time they’re taking selfies.
Ah, when taking a picture or video, if I put my tongue on the roof of my mouth, my jawline looks better!
However, Jungkook also revealed that his technique comes with its downsides, especially when it comes to his normal life and when he’s on stage.
I got really used to (doing) it. But, when I am singing, what’s scary about habits is that my tongue was doing that. I really need to fix this (habit) quickly!
Jungkook even shared that the habit meant that his snoring gets worse at night when he’s sleeping. Considering how often Jungkook probably has to make himself camera ready, it isn’t surprising how much of a habit it has become. Although he always looks amazing in pictures, he would probably look as good naturally posing.
No matter whether Jungkook uses his technique or not, there is no denying that he is always a true visual and candid pictures of the idol prove he always looks amazing.
Although Jungkook’s warnings might put people off using the technique, it is one certified by models and would work well in moderation. If it means we can look as good as Jungkook in photos, it’s worth trying (even if it’s only once).
