BTS’s V Is Crowned The “King Of Dishwashing” In New Teaser For Reality Show

Who knew dishwashing could look so good?

A teaser for the new reality show Jinny’s Kitchen (also known as Seo Jin’s)—a spin-off of Youn’s Kitchen—just dropped, and fans cannot get over the cutest maknae dishwasher in the world.

Teaser l A CEO, director, manager, and two interns! Let me introduce to you a restaurant with a clear(?) division of duties l Seojin’s Kitchen – #TaeHyung #BTSV cut

🐻 Seo Joon, was it your dream to be a Marvel actor?
👤 No
🐻 Then what is?
👤 Being this restaurant’s CEO
👤 TaeHyung!
🐻 Huh?
🐻 I’m Samseong-dong’s dishwasher, don’t underestimate me.

Seojin’s Kitchen is a show where members travel to different parts of the world and open a restaurant. The success of Youn’s Kitchen and Youn’s Stay, which aired in 2017 and 2021, respectively, led to this spin-off with some of the same members and some new ones.

In the full teaser, every member of the show is introduced with a “nickname” or role.

Actor Lee Seo Jin is introduced as the CEO, taking what was once actress Youn Yuh Jung‘s throne.

Jung Yu Mi is introduced as the director and the “King of Kimbaps.”

Next, Park Seo Joon is introduced as the manager with the nickname “Cooking King.”

Then the two interns are introduced.

First, Choi Woo Sik is introduced as the “King of Publicity,” along with a clip of him going to a random group of people and asking them to visit their restaurant.

Last but not least, maknae V, or TaeHyung, is introduced as the “King of Dishwashing.”

In the following clip, V can be seen putting on his purple (shoutout to BTS) gloves and declaring that he is “in charge of dishwashing in Samseong-dong,” or a city in Seoul.

Fans reacted to this moment enthusiastically and excited for the show’s release. The hashtag #dishwashingking in Korean became a trending topic on Twitter.

Seojin’s Kitchen is set to premiere on tvN on February 24th at 8:50 pm in KST.
