Over the last week, RIIZE‘s Eunseok and Anton have been involved in dating rumors that began with invasions of privacy.

Anton was accused of dating a person from his hometown after a leaked photo, which has since been denied by the person involved. Eunseok was rumored to have dated an alleged sasaeng linked to notorious trainee Han Seo Hee.

SM Entertainment released a statement addressing these situations, stating its plans to take legal action against those spreading false misinformation and making malicious comments.

Hello, this is SM Entertainment.

There continues to be false misinformation about RIIZE members, as well as malicious comments that attack, insult, and harass the members.

All the actions listed above are defamatory and are crimes. We are currently aware of these crimes and are collecting evidence, and will press charges so that these criminals are punished by law. We will not forgive and will pursue the furthest extent of the law.

What’s more, there continue to be crimes against the artists and their acquaintances, including stalking, cursing, and sexual harassment.

We ask that you are aware that these actions are also crimes punishable by law, and hope that you do not participate in these crimes.

We would like to thank all of those who love RIIZE. We will continue to do our best to protect our artists.

Seunghan has been on hiatus since November 2023, following multiple invasions of privacy occurring since the group’s debut, and has been excluded from nearly all content since. Fans have declared their firmness in this stance, insisting that he return to active promotions and berating SM for not protecting the idol.
