In August 2021, K-Pop idol Soojin withdrew from her former girl group (G)I-DLE after over six months of confronting online allegations about her having bullied classmates (including actress Seo Shin Ae) in middle school.
Then, in August of 2022, Soojin’s friend shared some much-needed updates with (G)I-DLE fans—letting them know that Soojin was “doing well.”
By September 2022, Soojin’s legal representatives cleared her name with an official statement that marked the end of her long battle against the original accuser.

…and while the original poster has since gone private, more stories from those who witnessed a piece of Soojin’s non-celeb life began circulating. Some of these sightings shared that the former member was recognizable because of her unique tattoos.

According to the original poster, Soojin was spotted inside a shopping mall. For the fans who recognized her, Soojin took off her mask and greeted them.
