K-Drama Actress Leaves Hyeri Flustered After Crying Over Her Mental Health Struggles
In an unexpected, vulnerable moment on her YouTube channel, idol-turned-actress Hyeri was left flustered by her actress friend talking about her struggles with mental health.

Recently, Hyeri uploaded a video on her channel featuring actress and close friend Park Gyeong Hye, where the two compared the results of their TCI (Temperament and Character Inventory) personality tests. Park immediately admitted that she cried while reading the results of Hyeri’s test.

When a baffled Hyeri asked why, Park was seen choking up, even trying to articulate. The actress then pointed at Hyeri and explained, “She hasn’t been able to rest lately…I see her struggling from the side, even if I don’t see everything.”

“She hasn’t been able to rest well lately,” Park reiterated, adding, “She comes home, takes medicine, and goes out half-asleep. I’ve seen it because I sleep over sometimes.” The actress kept having to take pauses while speaking, trying her best to hold back tears.

Park mentioned that Hyeri tends not to speak up about her true feelings, even when she is struggling. Hyeri rebutted, saying, “I say it a lot. People don’t listen.” Park responded that she says things so “dryly” that people don’t really grasp it. Hyeri expressed her frustration, replying, “Then how should I say it? ‘I’m so tired, I’m so exhausted!’ Like that?” She argued that she, in fact, expresses herself a lot. “I do it every ten minutes,” she claimed.

Park then gave a detailed explanation, stating that Hyeri usually expressed herself in three simple phrases: “It’s so hard. I’m so tired. I’m so sleepy.” So, seeing her talk to a professional and explore her mental struggles in depth made her tear up. Watching her friend find comfort in that experience was also a relief for Park.

This candid moment between the two friends has touched hearts, with viewers admiring how genuine their bond seems.
