Broadcaster Poongja revealed her secrets to dieting on a YouTube episode on Seo Dong Joo‘s channel. She appeared with a golfer and TV personality, Park Se Mi.

Poongja is known for mukbangs and eating the best food all over the world. Due to the special characteristics of her job as a mukbanger, her weight consistently fluctuates and she often gains weight between seasons. However, she successfully lost around 25kg (55 pounds) recently, leading many to wonder how she did it. Here’s her before…

The secret? She works out just as much as she eats!

“I eat whatever I want and work out. I go to the gym five times a week. That’s why I still lose weight even when I eat. I work out for about an hour and a half to two hours. I lost 25 kg. I lose weight well, but I also gain it back easily.”

Working out for around two hours can burn between 400 to 800 calories, depending on exercise and intensity. No wonder Poongja can afford to eat so much delicious food.
