LE SSERAFIM Fans Scandalized As A “Man” Aggressively Flirts With Chaewon On Camera

A LE SSERAFIM dance challenge has sparked some heated reactions among fans after the guest in the video was seen swooping Chaewon into a hug.

The video in question was released through the Mnet M2 YouTube channel and featured Chaewon and Kazuha doing the “SPAGHETTI” dance challenge with comedian Eom Ji Yoon.

Fans were baffled to see Eom touching Chaewon multiple times during the video, including tapping her forehead at the beginning, and dramatically hugging her. At the end of the clip, Eom leaned in for a pretend kiss as the idol shrieked and backed away.

The clip immediately sparked a heated reaction from international fans who were completely scandalized by a “man” behaving in such a manner on camera. It wasn’t until Korean fans stepped in with an explanation, clarifying that Eom Ji Yoon was a woman, that these concerns died down.

In the dance challenge video, Eom Ji Yoon was portraying her male alter ego, Eom Ji Hoon, a “celebrity chef” character she introduced in June. Her transformation into the male persona was so perfect that many fans didn’t even doubt for a second that she was actually a woman, causing a brief moment of panic and confusion among some international fans.

Now, however, as her true identity has spread online, fans cannot help but fawn over the chemistry in the video.
