Over the last week, LE SSERAFIM have been the targets of constructive and decidedly not criticism centered around their Coachella 2024 weekend one performance.

Previously, LE SSERAFIM were involved in a live singing “controversy” following a music show encore that left netizens unimpressed. The group performed live at Coachella, earning praise for this following the previous issue.

However, many were unsatisfied with the group’s live vocals and reacted with criticism that only increased following Sakura’s letter. This, unfortunately, also led to massive amounts of hate directed at the members, including the youngest Eunchae.

Netizens Call For HYBE To Protect LE SSERAFIM’s Eunchae

Because of the increased attention placed on the group’s performance, many have been waiting to see how the event’s second weekend would go for LE SSERAFIM.  An attendee seems to have just given a preview of what to expect from their later performance!

Before the event starts, the performers will usually run through their performances during a pre-show soundcheck. Because Coachella’s stages are open-air, those who arrive early will hear and see the soundcheck.

One attendee shared a clip from LE SSERAFIM’s weekend two soundcheck online, saying they sounded really good. In the clip, members can be heard performing “Fire in the Belly,” with Yunjin‘s high note, in particular, standing out.

Fans were excited to get this preview of their performance, saying that the group sounded better than ever and ready to begin their “redemption arc.”
