Former Idol Trainee Becomes Founder Of Entertainment Company
Former idol trainee-turned creative director Lee Haein announced on the 7th that she has established a new entertainment company, AMA, in partnership with Kim Jae, CEO and former executive director of Warner Music Korea.
AMA, founded by Lee Haein, is an acronym for “All My Anecdotes,” meaning “all of my stories.” It is a sensibility-driven entertainment company that creates new artists based on narrative and identity, moving fluidly between reality and the virtual, as well as local and global spaces.

At AMA, Lee Haein serves as Chief Creative Officer (CCO). She previously demonstrated her distinctive planning and creative capabilities as the creative director of the girl group KISS OF LIFE. More recently, she appeared as a director on JTBC’s audition program PROJECT 7, and is currently active as the executive producer of the boy group CLOSE YOUR EYES, which was formed through the program. Joining her is Kim Jae, former executive director of Warner Music Korea, who adds global business expertise to the company.
AMA is also drawing attention for strengthening its operational foundation through strategic partnerships. The company has signed partnerships with SLL and its subsidiary label Uncore. Through these agreements, AMA will continue its album production work for CLOSE YOUR EYES and maintain ongoing collaboration. The companies plan to maximize synergy within the music industry by sharing production know-how.
An Uncore representative stated positively:
“We are delighted to be part of the new beginning of AMA, led by CCO Lee Hae-in, who possesses a truly distinctive creative sensibility, and CEO Kim Jae, a global industry expert. We will spare no effort in providing full support and cooperation for AMA.”
