Lee Hi Reportedly Joins AOMG, 2 Months After Leaving YG Entertainment

She has possibly found a new agency.

Soloist Lee Hi has reportedly joined AOMG, just 2 months after she left YG Entertainment following the expiration of her contract.

According to an exclusive report from Newspim, Lee Hi recently signed an exclusive contract with AOMG, a hip-hop focused label headed by Jay Park and home to Gray, Loco, Simon Dominic, and more. Since her debut, Lee Hi has boasted a soulful voice, and performed a variety of musical genres, raising expectations for how she will adapt and fit in to AOMG’s musical style.

In response to the report, AOMG has confirmed they have been in discussion with Lee Hi, but no decision has been made yet.

Lee Hi was signed with YG Entertainment for 7 years, following her 2nd place finish on K-Pop Star. Under YG Entertainment, she released many hit songs, such as “1,2,3,4”, “Breathe”, “Rose”, and “NO ONE”.

Lee Hi was previously rumored to be joining MakeUs Entertainment, but personally denied those rumors, stating she hasn’t joined any agency at the time.
