Recently, Han So Hee and ASTRO‘s Cha Eunwoo (also known as Cha Eun Woo) have shocked netizens after any dreams of seeing their visual chemistry together become a reality in a recent webtoon trailer.
It was announced by Kakao that Han So Hee and Cha Eunwoo would be appearing in a dramatized trailer for the webtoon The Villainess Is A Marionette to portray the personas of the characters. Even in the promo shots, the visuals were unreal.
Yet, in the past clips, one person who has only managed a few seconds of screen time is actor and fellow Grade A visual Lee Soo Hyuk.
The actor plays Prince Regef, the brother of Han So Hee’s character Princess Kayena. In the initial photo comparison…
And his own personal video, Lee Soo Hyuk proves that despite his ability to perfectly portray the baddie, his visuals and on-screen presence are unlike anything seen.
So, when netizens finally watched the recent trailer released by Kakao, they couldn’t contain their excitement after finally seeing the actor interacting with Han So Hee and Cha Eunwoo.
The trailer starts by emphasizing the visual chemistry between Han So Hee and Cha Eunwoo as netizens see the two gaze at each other from across a crowded ballroom.
Yet, as they stare at each other, Lee Soo Hyuk appears and blocks the gaze, taking on the role of the controlling brother Regef. Although Han So Hee and Lee Soo Hyuk play siblings, the chemistry is undeniable as he places his hand on her shoulder and whispers in her ear, “Please stay beautiful only by my side.”
Like the previous trailer, the video suddenly got dark as Lee Soo Hyuk’s seemingly complimentary words turned sour and the real relationship between the siblings was revealed.
After the real nature of their relationship is revealed, netizens see Cha Eunwoo come to the rescue, taking Han So Hee in his arms to protect her.
With a two-second cameo in the previous trailer, netizens finally got to see more depth from Lee Soo Hyuk’s character. As he squares up with Cha Eunwoo, it seems unfair to have so many visuals interacting with each other. It almost seems impossible to hate such an evil character with the visuals of Lee Soo Hyuk.
When the trailer was released, not only were fans excited to see more of Lee Soo Hyuk, but were shocked by how many visuals Kakao managed to fit into one trailer.
As the trailers continue to be released, Han So Hee, Cha Eunwoo, and Lee Soo Hyuk have cemented they are the hottest trio in the industry. After the impact of the trailers, hopefully, it isn’t long before the trio is in a real K-Drama together.
