Legendary actor Ahn Sung Ki was rushed to the hospital in a state of cardiac arrrest.
According to breaking reports from Osen and Sports World, Ahn Sung Ki was rushed to the hospital yesterday, December 30, in a state of cardiac arrest after collapsing in his home while eating. He was taken to the emergency room while CPR was administered to him.
Ahn Sung Ki was admitted to the intensive care unit and he is currently reported to be in critical condition. In 2019, it was revealed that Ahn Sung Ki was diagnosed with blood cancer, but this relation to his current health status is unknown.
Ahn Sung Ki is known for being one of Korea’s most respected actors, appearing in over 130 different films spanning his 60 year career. More recent avid Korean movie viewers may recognize him from his role in The Divine Fury.
