It wasn’t too long ago that MAMAMOO member Hwasa became a hot topic after rumors surfaced about her dating a mystery man. But it was only during a recent YouTube appearance that the idol somewhat addressed the speculations.
On March 5, Hwasa appeared as a guest on comedian Park Na Rae‘s YouTube show, Naraesik, along with actress Han Hye Jin. During the episode, the three discussed dating and their opinions about marriage.
When the trio talked about wanting to have a triple date with their respective partners in the future, Hwasa chimed in, asking, “Will that day ever come?” At this, Han Hye Jin broke into a chuckle, asking which one of them was the problem, to which Hwasa responded, “All three of us. We’re all single right now.”
Hwasa’s indirect comment about her relationship status has debunked the rumors about her dating a businessman in his 40s. The reports, which were first published in June 2023, claimed that she met the man while he was working in the music industry.
