Min Hee Jin’s Latest Move Could Turn The Tables Against HYBE
Former ADOR‘s Min Hee Jin recently shocked with her latest move. On January 19, 2025, she met with a lawyer that is currently involved in the huge lawsuit case between TAG PR and various artists.
She updated her Instagram story, letting everyone know that she had met up with Matt, a lawyer involved in the cases.
This is significant as TAG PR has been accused of doing HYBE’s dirty work in covering up various scandals.

They allegedly also helped Scooter Braun, the past CEO of HYBE America, clean up a scandal involving his business partner, David Bolno, where a young singer was found dead in his hotel room.

TAG PR s a U.S. public relations firm that was previously majority owned by HYBE, having been acquired in 2024 and later sold in 2025. According to legal filings in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, TAG PR and some of its founders/associates have been sued by another American PR firm (Jonesworks). The complaint alleges that TAG PR engaged in organized “smear” or “reverse viral marketing” campaigns targeting competitors and individuals, including Min.
Min Hee Jin’s meeting of a lawyer involved in the TAG PR cases may prove to be a significant move on her part as she continues to battle HYBE. Many claim that TAG PR previously ran a similar smear against Min Hee Jin in order to aid HYBE.

She could possibly end up joining their lawsuit, although it is unclear thus far as to what her next move may be.
If MHJ joins the Tag PR lawsuit, which will go to trial in early spring, the discovery phase could be absolutely wild. Not only could it uncover how HYBE directly smeared Min Hee Jin, but it could also connect NewJeans to being victims of Tag PR as well, which would be HUGE.
