Min Hee Jin Gets Flamed For “Using” NJZ (NewJeans)
It was recently reported that the girls of NJZ (NewJeans) will return to ADOR after a long and arduous legal battle. Regarding the return, former ADOR CEO Min Hee Jin was asked for a statement. On November 13, 2025, she gave a statement to the press, wishing the girls well.
Yesterday’s decision for the members to return [to ADOR] was a difficult choice made by them after serious thought and consideration. I respect and will support that decision.
There were difficulties, but I cherish the courage of the members who have decided to hold hands together again to protect each other.
I can start afresh anywhere. However, I think NewJeans should remain as a whole, as five members, no matter the situation. I hope that the members will become stronger, that NewJeans will grow into an even better group, and most of all, that all five members are happy.
— Min Hee Jin
The statement was not well-received by netizens. Naturally, many have painted Min Hee Jin as the instigator behind NJZ’s legal battle with ADOR in the first place, as well as the one who encouraged them to continue the fight. Now that the girls are slated to return, Min’s statement was interpreted as her washing her hands off responsibility.

- This is why you can’t accept her anymore.
- Didn’t she say she was their mom? She tried to take NJZ with her when she left the company because it’s her best portfolio and career, even though they belonged to the company, but ended up getting sued. It’s no different from formatting your computer.
- LOL.
- She’s terrible FR. After using them all the wanted LOL.
- What is she doing?
- What is she up to again?
It was previously confirmed that all the girls had intentions of returning to ADOR. You can read more on the case below.
