In March 2025, Min Hee Jin was fined by the Seoul Regional Employment and Labor Office for verbally abusing a former ADOR “Employee A.” Employee A claimed they had suffered psychological distress from Min Hee Jin berating them. The labor office concluded, “Some of Min Hee Jin’s remarks caused physical and mental distress and worsened the working environment for Employee A.”

Min Hee Jin then filed a lawsuit challenging the decision, but as of October 16, the court sided with the labor office, upholding the fine. Then, on October 17, Min Hee Jin reportedly submitted an appeal, indicating that she intends to contest the court judgment.

The news of Min Hee Jin’s new appeal has been met with intense backlash. Netizens believe the unending appeals are actually a continuation of her ongoing harassment of Employee A and slammed her for not admitting fault and apologizing for her actions.
