According to SBS’s official announcement, Minhyuk, Naeun, and Jaehyun, affectionately known as “MC MinNaHyun”, will be hosting their final Inkigayo broadcast on February 28. The trio have been the MCs of Inkigayo for the past 16 months, and have received positive reviews for the smooth hosting skills, bright and cheerful energy, and their chemistry.

Inkigayo‘s PD Jeong Ik Seung shared what made MC MinNaHyun so special to the show.

Over the last roughly 20 years, Minhyuk, Naeun, and Jaehyun have been the longest-serving MC trio who were together without any replacements.

I would like to thank them so much for delivering their bright and positive energy to the Inkigayo viewers for a year and four months, even though they started out from an open, live broadcast, and it turned into a non-attendance broadcast after COVID-19.

We are sadder than anyone else because they have been number one in our hearts since we pushed for MC MinNaHyun. But while they were the MCs, all three singers recorded career highs in their individual activities and promotions, so even though they are breaking up as an MC trio, the past year and four months will remain an unforgettable memory for everyone.
