Recently, the idol shared a short video on social media, along with his honest thoughts on where he is now. “A lot of people ask me if I have no lingering feelings or regrets. It would be a lie to say I don’t, but I am fully satisfied with my life now and living happily,” he wrote.

The video showed his journey from making his idol debut to experiencing his group’s disbandment and eventually becoming a flight attendant.

Choi Eunsoo revealed that MYTEEN’s disbandment came as a sudden shock, even to him.

Music Works’ Boy Group MYTEEN Has Disbanded

In 2019, the group I was promoting with suddenly disbanded. I also found out that day, so I was very taken aback.

The unexpected news changed the direction of his youth in an instant. After the group disbanded, Choi Eunsoo completed his military service and tried various jobs, including office work, a clothing store, and then a hotel. Eventually, the foreign language skills he had learned during his idol days became a new opportunity.

I was looking for a job where I could use the foreign languages I had learned during my idol activities, and that’s how I decided to try becoming a flight attendant.

After passing the document screening and interview process, Choi Eunsoo joined Jeju Air as a cabin crew member in 2024. He is now in his third year working as a flight attendant!

Choi Eunsoo first debuted in 2015 as a member of the multinational boy group NPI before promoting again as a member of MYTEEN in 2017. However, the group’s path was not an easy one. In 2018, Lee Tae Vin left the group, while Kim Kook Heon and Song Yu Vin later appeared on Mnet’s audition program Produce X 101. MYTEEN ultimately announced their sudden disbandment in August 2019.

Although the stage he once dreamed of came to a stop, Choi Eunsoo found a new path for himself. Now, years after MYTEEN’s sudden disbandment, Choi Eunsoo says he is satisfied and happy with the life he has built for himself!
