K-Pop Idol-Turned-Actress Confesses To Causing A Car Accident With Her “Wild Driving”

In the latest episode of SEEYA member Nam Gyuri‘s YouTube series, the idol-turned-actress revealed that she recently caused a minor traffic accident due to carelessness.

The video showed Nam Gyuri visiting a car wash at around 10 PM after the incident. She explained, “Because of my carelessness, I caused a minor collision. I never expected a day like this to come, so I was really shocked.”

I apologized to the other driver and called the insurance company, and everything was handled properly. But I was kind of in mental shock. I was surprised, thinking, ‘Wow, I can’t believe I just caused an accident like that.’

The idol-turned-actress also admitted that her driving is “a bit wild,” reflecting on the accident and vowing to be more careful moving forward.

People say my driving style is a bit wild. I didn’t think so myself, but after this, I realized I should change my driving habits and drive more safely.

And they say if you take good care of your car, the car knows and protects you, too. I was really shocked today, so I’m heading to the car wash to give my car—which went through a lot today—a good clean.

Later in the video, while washing the car herself and inspecting it, Nam Gyuri appeared flustered after noticing scratches in several places. Looking at the scrape marks caused by the accident, she said with regret, “I’m really upset. My car is scratched all over.”

Although the unexpected fender bender left her rattled, Nam Gyuri ultimately turned the moment into a lesson—promising to take better care on the road from now on!
