Park Na Rae Accused Of Being Drunk During Settlement Meeting

Things have taken a turn for the worse.

New allegations have emerged as Park Na Rae’s former manager claimed that, during a meeting meant to discuss a settlement, Park Na Rae was intoxicated and even suggested going to a karaoke room.

The conflict surrounding TV personality Park Na Rae, who is facing accusations of power abuse against her managers, has taken yet another turn. On the December 10, 202, broadcast of JTBC’s Incident Chief, Park Na Rae’s former manager spoke over the phone, stating that although they met to negotiate after the controversy broke out, communication eventually broke down.

According to the former manager, Park Na Rae contacted them early in the morning on December 8, saying she wanted to “settle things directly” and asked them to come to her home. The former manager said they met for about three hours with Park Na Rae, her current manager, and an acquaintance. However, they claimed Park Na Rae was under the influence of alcohol and that no promised settlement or apology was given. Instead, they allegedly heard statements like, “Can’t we just go back to how things were?”, “Can’t you come work with me again?”, and “Let’s go to a karaoke room.”

The former manager said they went to sleep after the meeting, only to find the situation had completely changed the next day. They added that they assumed the meeting had been a preliminary step before Park Na Rae released her official statement.

Park Na Rae’s side claimed in their statement that misunderstandings and distrust had been resolved after meeting with the former managers and that the conflict had been smoothed over through conversation. However, the former managers immediately refuted this, saying there was neither an apology nor any form of settlement.

Previously, the former managers filed criminal complaints against Park Na Rae on charges including aggravated assault and defamation. With the claims made on Incident Chief and the contradicting statements from both sides, the dispute surrounding the allegations of Park Na Rae’s power abuse appears likely to continue.
