Park Na Rae’s Former Managers Reveal The Moment Of “Deep Humiliation” Where They Decided To Quit
Behind-the-scenes details have been revealed regarding the resignation of comedienne and TV personality Park Na Rae’s former managers, especially the moment that the decided to leave her.
On December 8, 2025, the YouTube channel Entertainment President Lee Jin Ho uploaded an exclusive. Lee Jin Ho explained that Park Na Rae’s two former managers were both women. One was an executive-level manager who had worked with her since her time at JDB Entertainment, while the other was a junior on-site manager who had been with her for about one year and three months.
Lee said the decisive reason both managers chose to resign on the same day stemmed from incidents that occurred before and after filming for MBC’s new variety show I’m Excited Too (working title). Filming took place in Gangwon Province over two days and one night from November 8 to 9. According to Lee, once the trip schedule was finalized, the managers told Park Na Rae, “If there’s anything you need to bring, just leave it out—we’ll pack everything for you.” Park reportedly replied several times, “I don’t need anything. I’ll just go as I am.”
However, on the day of departure, November 8, Park suddenly instructed them to find wine glasses, a mat, and lighting equipment. Lee explained that Park’s home is very large, but no matter how hard the two managers searched, they could not find the items.
“These weren’t items needed for filming itself. Since Park Na Rae was filming with close friends, it seems she wanted to enjoy herself with them. These were additional items for personal leisure with acquaintances.”
In the end, the items were never found, and Park reportedly became extremely angry. Lee added that Park had recently changed hair salons, and as she was reprimanding the managers harshly in front of the salon director and staff, they felt a deep sense of humiliation.
“If the managers had truly made a mistake, they would have acknowledged it. But they were scolded severely for not finding items they were suddenly asked to look for right before departure. Later, even the salon director and staff searched the house, and Park herself searched as well, but the items were never found. She reprimanded the managers harshly for not being able to find items that even she couldn’t locate in her own home.”
After experiencing such humiliation, the two managers reportedly expressed their intention to resign at the same time after completing the Gangwon filming.
