Park Na Rae’s Former Managers Reveal Crucial Twist That Could Work Terribly Against Her In Her Workplace Abuse Controversy

This could be terrible for her.

It has been revealed that broadcaster Park Na Rae, who is facing allegations of workplace abuse and power trips, attempted to reach a settlement with her former manager. Although she warned just five days ago that she would take legal action against her former managers, circumstances suggest she was instead trying to smooth things over through a settlement — a move expected to spark backlash.

According to a report by Munhwa Ilbo, Park Na Rae sent a settlement agreement to her former manager’s side five days ago. The document was reportedly six pages long and included requests such as financial compensation, withdrawal of any complaints, and a prohibition on future criticism or disparagement.

“On December 5, we received the settlement agreement through Park Na Rae’s lawyer. However, there were many terms included that were simply unacceptable.”

The fact that Park Na Rae attempted to pursue a settlement could work against her not only in potential legal proceedings but also in shaping public opinion. If, as stated in her official statement, she believes she did nothing wrong and that her former manager is making false claims, there would be little reason to propose a settlement in the first place.

Criticism has also been directed at Park Na Rae’s official statement. While she raised new counter-allegations against her former managers, the statement failed to clearly address key issues requiring explanation — such as workplace harassment, special assault, proxy prescription practices, unpaid production expenses, and forced drinking sessions. Public and media scrutiny has intensified over her inability to clearly state that these sensitive issues are outright false.

Meanwhile, Park Na Rae now finds herself increasingly cornered as additional allegations continue to emerge, including illegal medical practices and embezzlement. Recently, Dispatch reported on her receiving injections at a private residence lacking professional medical facilities. Read more about it below.
