Popular Celebrity Stuns Fans By Giving Away Personal Luxury Items To Followers
A popular YouTuber and influencer, Aori (real name Kim Min Young), has drawn attention for her generous giveaway.
The YouTuber recently uploaded a video documenting her move to a new house in Gangnam. Aori had purchased a 55-pyeong (approx. 182 square meters) apartment in Samsung-dong, Gangnam for ₩6.60 billion KRW (about $4.64 million USD). The ownership transfer was completed on September 10, when she made the final payment.
While preparing for the move, Aori confessed that she had too many personal items to take with her to the new home. So, she organized her clothes, cosmetics, and health supplements to give them away to her subscribers. The cumulative value of these products amounts to tens of millions of won. “The clothes alone easily exceed 100 pieces, including items stored in a logistics warehouse,” she explained while sorting out her belongings.
Some of these luxury products were from popular brands, with their tags still attached. The multiple Chanel dresses in particular drew netizens’ attention. Aori also gave away over 200 cosmetic and health products that were withing their expiration dates. Aori’s subscribers, comprising of over 770,000 people, have flooded the comments praising the YouTuber for her generosity.
Meanwhile, Aori was married to race car driver Seo Ju Won, but they got divorced in 2022. The apartment she purchased is known to be the one where broadcaster Jun Hyun Moo used to live, drawing additional curiosity about her personal wealth.
