JTBC’s Case Chief revealed a case involving a famous female trot singer who has become embroiled in a adultery lawsuit.
The program reported that a well-known female trot singer had been sued in an alienation lawsuit, introducing the case as “a tip-off from a housewife who had lived as a homemaker for 20 years and was deeply shocked after discovering her husband’s affair.”
“She escaped obscurity through an audition program and is currently appearing on a trot competition show on a cable channel.”
The informant stated that while her husband claimed he was merely friends with the singer, she later discovered otherwise.
“They said they were just friends, and when I told her to stop contacting him or I would sue through her agency, I later found out they were actually living together. When the two were together, they hugged and kissed and engaged in physical affection. Before sending a formal legal notice, I gave her one last chance. I told her, ‘Please give my husband back,’ but she replied, ‘Why are you saying this when he’s not someone I even have?’ and told me not to contact her.”
CCTV footage released during the broadcast showed a person believed to be the female singer engaging in intimate physical contact, including close touching, with a man inside an elevator. The informant added that after she proceeded with the lawsuit, the singer finally reached out.
The singer reportedly said, “I have nothing to say, but I am also a victim. If I were a private individual, it wouldn’t matter. I’m so sorry. I’ve lost everything. My livelihood cannot be cut off. I have to support my parents.”
Meanwhile, the singer’s side stated that she began the relationship believing that the other party’s marriage had already broken down. She was introduced to him as someone who would marry her once the legal relationship was finalized. Upon learning that the divorce had not actually been mutually agreed upon, she ended the relationship.
