Lee Kwang Soo Being Listed As The Next Guest On “Running Man” Has Fans Buzzing
Followers of the show Running Man have longed for Lee Kwang Soo to appear as a guest after having his final episode as a regular cast member on June 13, 2021. The actor himself has expressed his interest in being on the show again, but he has not been able to return despite releasing a few movies and TV series since his departure.
Fans of Lee Kwang Soo would agree that his variety show skills have not dulled in the slightest, and it feels like only a matter of time before he returns to his beloved Running Man members.
Naturally, supporters of the series are always on the lookout for any hints of their reunion, and some are buzzing after the Running Man 2022 Wikipedia episode list noted Lee Kwang Soo as the next guest in episode 618 of the show!

As of the writing of this article, the website still lists him as the guest, although it no longer links to the actor’s own Wikipedia page. Other fans are understandably skeptical since any reunion of Running Man cast members would typically cause a huge media buzz. Wikipedia is also infamous for being vulnerable to edits by unreliable users.
I don't think the guy in the trailer for next week is Lee Kwang Soo, it's not that I don't missed him…I really wanted him to guest on RM but when I looked at the pic more clearly…I think the face was different but it kinda look like him in some point but it's not him.

The previous tweet also refers to how fans are looking for evidence of Lee Kwang Soo’s appearance in the episode preview at the end of episode 617.

It seems that episode 618 will be focused on the members receiving cruel penalties, which is one of the things Lee Kwang Soo was known for when he was on the show. Being forced to wear heavy makeup and a ridiculous costume are also signature gags for him.
Although there has been no confirmation from the show’s mother network SBS or Lee Kwang Soo’s agency King Kong by Starship, it wouldn’t be the first time Running Man had a surprise guest on their show. Former member Gary did not appear in the episode preview before returning to the show in 2017. Fingers crossed that fans will finally get the reunion they’ve been eagerly waiting over a year for.
