SEVENTEEN‘s DK is now a landlord after purchasing a ₩6.80 billion KRW (about $5.78 million USD) building in the luxurious Sinsa-dong area.
According to an exclusive report from Maeil Kyungjae, DK purchased a 5 story building in Gangnam’s Sinsa-dong area for ₩6.80 billion KRW (about $5.78 million USD). The building was built in 2012 and is known to have a beautiful exterior near Apgujeong Station. DK made the purchase on August 13 and paid off the balance on October 29. In order to purchase the building, DK established his own corporation Road K, under which the building’s title is owned by.
The building is located in an area where it used to be mainly a residential area, but due to the expansion of the commercial district, the demand for more modern buildings and offices is increasing, leading to an ideal opportunity for investment.
