During his recent appearance on Jang Do Yeon’s popular YouTube show, Salon Drip 2, the idol confessed that he was preparing to obtain the license of a real estate agent!

Mingyu explained that during the pandemic, when they didn’t have much outdoor schedule, he was so bored at home that he decided to order some study materials for the license exam from a popular online education company, Eduwill.

During COVID, we didn’t go abroad…We were at home. We went into quarantine every two weeks. I couldn’t play games all day, nor watch TV all day. So, I ordered Eduwill…

When host Jang Do Yeon asked why he even thought of taking up such a tedious course, the SEVENTEEN member responded saying that it was also partially for his own interest in real estate investments.

At that time, I was interested in investment. I had to use my money. Though I can leave it to someone else, I still felt the need to know the terminology. So I started studying.

Mingyu didn’t stop at simple self-study. He attended lessons, which helped clarify the concepts even better. In the end, even though he didn’t take the license test, he became much better-versed in the world of real estate.

Fortunately, his interest in real estate didn’t lure him away from his main job, thanks to which fans can look forward to Mingyu and S.Coups’s new mini album, HYPE VIBES, which releases on September 29, KST.
