SHINee’s Taemin is set to release his fourth mini-album Guilty on October 30 at 6 PM KST.

Ahead of the release, he participated in Spotify’s Interview In Bloom and was tasked with opening fan-submitted questions taped to flowers.

One of the questions asked of the SHINee maknae was if he had a fellow K-Pop artist in mind that he would like to collaborate with.

Taemin immediately knew who he would like to work with and revealed that he was quite a fan of the singer-songwriter.

Taemin named DPR IAN as a fellow artist he would most like to collaborate with.

DPR IAN first debuted as the leader of C-CLOWN under the stage name Rome in 2012. After the group disbanded, he co-founded the label Dream Perfect Regime and made his solo debut in 2020.

Taemin left a special video message for the talented singer-songwriter, heartwarmingly saying he’s been watching his activities for a while.

The SHINee maknae stated he’s a “huge fan” because DPR IAN is “so cool to be moving forward with a clear sense of identity.”

Taemin concluded the message by saying, “If the opportunity arises, let’s work together!

As two artists who embody their concepts so effortlessly, it would be an epic collaboration should the two connect!

Recently, Taemin connected with SEVENTEEN‘s Hoshi, who is a huge fan of SHINee. Check out more about their meeting below:
