Singer DAWN Mourns The Loss Of His Grandfather

On November 19, KST, DAWN shared the news of his grandfather’s passing.

On this day, the singer took to his personal Instagram account and wrote an emotional message about his grandfather, calling him the person he loved the most in this world. Notably, the day of his passing also coincides with the anniversary of DAWN’s grandmother’s passing, which the singer mentioned was a sign of them trying to reassure him and his family.

Today, the grandfather I love most in this world passed away and left our family’s side.

Strangely enough, seeing that he left on the anniversary of my grandmother’s passing,

it feels as though the two of them are trying to reassure me and my family.

Still, the time I was able to spend with my grandfather before he left—short as it was—

feels more meaningful and precious than any other.

I didn’t personally reach out to my acquaintances, as I was worried they might travel a long distance in this cold weather.
