Yet, with two Korean shows that couldn’t be more different, it seems impossible that anything would connect Single’s Inferno 2 and The Glory.

The connection is all because of contestant Lee So E.
During Single’s Inferno 2, Lee So E quickly became a fan favorite, especially after her blossoming relationship with Kim Se Jun. Although the two are just friends, many believe that it was to help So E’s career after it was revealed that she was a budding actor.

Netizens were shocked when they watched The Glory and saw So E playing Yoon So Hee, the girl who was also bullied by the same people who had hurt Dong Eun (Song Hye Kyo).
Although her cameo was short in the first part, netizens were shocked to see Lee So E get a much larger role in the second part, showcasing the star’s acting skills.
During one scene, they showed So Hee getting bullied just because she was spotted wearing the same outfit as Yeon Jin (Lim Ji Yeon).
They also showed Sa Ra videoing the incident, which was eventually used against Yeon Jin.
In particular, one huge scene that solved a huge mystery involved So E. Throughout the series, everyone wanted to know how So Hee had died, and it seems as if, on the roof, Yeon Jin was bullying So Hee for her clothes.
When So Hee eventually tried to stand up for herself, Yeon Jin set So Hee’s jumper on fire. After she started screaming for help, Yeon Jin pushed her off the building. Throughout the scene, So E showcased her impeccable characterization.
She also gained attention from the Korean media after posting her dramatic transformation from Lee So E to Yoon So Hee on Instagram and a behind-the-scenes photo from one of the scenes.
After many watched the series, they couldn’t stop praising So E’s acting, reminding fans that she was the shy contestant who struggled to find love on Single’s Inferno.
