Actor Song Kang To Make Post-Military Comeback With High School Romance

According to a report by SPOTV News on June 30, 2025, actor Song Kang is set to star in the upcoming drama Four Hands following his discharge from the military this October.

Four Hands is a piano term referring to a technique where two people play on the same piano. The drama will revolve around the friendship, love, rivalry, and growth of youths who meet at an arts high school. The story will follow their development from their school days into adulthood, portraying a coming-of-age narrative.

Song Kang will play a piano prodigy—a character with both a delicate and sharp charm. Fans are eager to see what new side of the actor, who is expected to return with a more mature image, will be revealed through this role.

Song Kang enlisted in the army on April 2, 2023, and is currently serving as an active-duty soldier. His discharge is scheduled for October 1, 2025. While detailed discussions will only begin after his return, it’s highly likely that Four Hands will mark his first project post-military.
