“Squid Game” Season 2 Scene-Stealer Actor’s Real Age Stuns Viewers

In the show, he plays a “timid man in his 20s.”

As the second season of Squid Game continues to break Netflix records, viewers grow more curious about the cast of the mega-hit K-Drama. That said, one unexpected fact about actor Lee David (pronounced as Lee Da Wit in Korean) has left the viewers stunned.

Lee David took on the role of Player 125, the weakest link Min Su, described as a “super timid man in his 20s who lacks confidence.” But Lee David himself is actually 30 years old—soon turning 31 on March 3, 2025!

Given his smaller build and puppy face, Lee David is often mistaken for being much younger. But in fact, he is a seasoned actor with two decades of acting experience up his sleeve.  Lee David started acting in 2003 with a KBS K-Drama and his most popular works, prior to Squid Game, include Itaewon Class and Law School.

Having completed his military service as of 2023, too, Lee David is 100% set for his rise to fame with his convincing portrayal of Min Su!
