Stray Kids’ Bang Chan Goes Viral For His “Breakdown” While Trying Pineapple On His Burger

Although many opinions divide netizens, perhaps some of the most “controversial” ones come from food preferences. And K-Pop idols have never held back in expressing their love or hatred for controversial foods like mint chocolate ice cream or pineapple on pizza.

BTS even recently shocked international fans when they talked about eating pizza with pickles, which while common in South Korea, isn’t as big a thing in some other parts of the world.

But now Stray Kids‘ Bang Chan has started a new debate about a food pairing: pineapple on burgers. Bang Chan regularly holds his Chan’s Room live streams with fans, even while in the Philippines for a fan meeting.

While talking with fans, Bang Chan got a burger to eat, which seemed fine, until the idol realized that there was a pineapple in it.

Although fans are well aware of Bang Chan’s dislike of pineapple on pizza, they were surprised by just how vehemently opposed he was to the topping. He even went to talk to Felix about it offscreen.

But when Bang Chan decided to try it, he was surprised that it wasn’t as bad as he expected.

Fans couldn’t stop laughing about his reactions to the unexpected topping.
