Actress and singer Suzy is gaining attention for her refreshingly honest take on dieting and maintaining her weight. During a recent appearance on Hyell’s Club, Suzy admitted that she doesn’t strictly diet, even while actively promoting.

“Honestly, even during promotions, I don’t really diet…”

However, she clarified that she still tries to be mindful in her own way despite not restricting foods.

“I do try to eat just a little bit, while enjoying something that I like to eat.”

Later on, this was instantly booed by both her co-star and her manager. Sheepishly, Suzy revealed that she takes a more relaxed approach, generally eating what she wants, but balances it out by working out consistently.

Her co-star also weighed in, praising her physique. They shared that Suzy isn’t overly skinny, but rather toned and healthy-looking, adding that she seems to naturally maintain her weight without gaining easily.

Instead of strict restrictions, Suzy’s routine highlights a balance of enjoying food while staying active. She’s known for going to the gym regularly and attending ballet lessons to keep her tone.
