TWICE’s Jeongyeon Can’t Forget The Way Chaeyoung Looked When They First Met—Here’s Why
Even though years have already passed since they first met, TWICE‘s Jeongyeon still can’t forget the way Chaeyoung looked back then!
In a recent interview with Bollywood Hungama, TWICE was asked to describe their first impressions of each other.
According to Jeongyeon, Chaeyoung was the member who left the most memorable impression on her because of her “strong facial features.” Her tanned skin gave Jeongyeon the impression that she wasn’t from the city.
She also noticed that Chaeyoung called her unnie right away.
Chaeyoung was very tanned, and she looked like she came from the country. She had bobbed hair and such strong facial features. And she called me unnie!

Other than her skin color, Jeongyeon was also struck by Chaeyoung’s sharp teeth. The two features combined inspired Jeongyeon to call her a “country girl.”
I still remember the first time I saw Chaeyoung. Your canine teeth were so sharp. I always called you a country girl.

Chaeyoung nodded her head and agreed, saying, “Right. I was really dark.”
