She has left the group.

Wake One Entertainment has announced that Youngeun will withdraw from Kep1er.

In a statement shared by Wake One Entertainment, they confirmed Youngeun will no longer be a part of Kep1er.

Hello, this is Wake One and KLAP Entertainment.

We would like to sincerely thank everyone, especially Keplian, for giving their love and support to Kep1er.

We would like to inform you of Kep1er’s future activities.

Kep1er will continue its activities as a six-member group comprised of Choi Yujin, Shen Xiaoting, Kim Chaehyun, Kim Dayeon, Hikaru, and Huening Bahiyyih.

Seo Youngeun, who has shared a precious journey with Kep1er since her debut in 2022, will conclude her activities with the group.

The company and Seo Youngeun have held in-depth conversations about the future direction of her activities for a long time. After careful discussions, we have made this decision.

The Kep1er members also respect Seo Youngeun’s personal intentions and expressed their support for her based on their mutual trust.

We would like to sincerely thank Seo Youngeun for her sincerity and passion she showed while being a member of Kep1er and we will support her future endeavors.

Kep1er will do its best to repay you with better music and performances as they continue their new chapter as a six-member group.

We ask for your encouragement and support for both Seo Youngeun, who will walk her own new path, and for Kep1er, who will continue as a six-member group.

Thank you.
