Fans have been active in raising their voices, disapproving of X1’s sudden disbandment. Many fans urged the members to form a new group with the members who wanted to be active together. They also have been promising their full support to all of the members continuing the team activities.

X1 made their debut in August 2019 and sold more than 500,000 copies of their debut album. However, due to the vote rigging scandal, their promotions got put on halt, and ultimately, the agencies of the X1 members could not come to an agreement, so the group disbanded.
