YG Announces the Debut of a 2nd Boy Group in Addition to TREASURE
Yang Hyun Suk announced that he’s preparing another new group besides their newly announced boy group, TREASURE.
On January 29, Yang Hyun Suk announced his new plans on his official Instagram page.
The post reads as follows:
“I would like to thank everyone who supported our 28 Treasures. I will soon make the announcement for the second team comprised of 6 members, to follow the 7-member TREASURE.”
At the end of YG Treasure Box, Haruto, Yedam, Junghwan, Junkyu, Jeongwoo, Jaehyuk, and Hyunsuk were selected to debut as YG’s new boy group, TREASURE.
Despite the fact that they haven’t officially debut yet, Yang Hyun Suk has already announced the formation of another group.
These new plans are reminding fans of Mnet’s survival program, WIN, and how the winners debuted as WINNER, and six other originally disqualified contestants debuted as iKON.
In response to Yang Hyun Suk’s announcement, fans are looking forward to seeing their favorite contestants get another shot.
The first member of this new group will be announced on January 30.
