BTS’s Suga Once Started A Book Club With Eric Nam And Epik High’s Tablo

There was just one difficulty… 🤓

If anyone seems like they are friends with literally everyone, it’s entrepreneur and solo artist Eric Nam.

One group particularly that he has always been especially close with is BTS. He has known them since they were rookies as they guested on After School Club (also known as ASC) while he was a host.

They also have a mutual friend… Epik High‘s Tablo is quite close with both BTS and Eric too!

Eric, Tablo, and Suga specifically have been able to bond over the years with songwriting. So, they have frequently collaborated.

In a 2018 interview with Marie Claire magazine, Eric revealed some of the activities that their friend group does together. While music is the main thing they have in common, they are close enough to talk about other topics as well.

It’s fun to continuously create new ideas. I like discussing not only music but also contents in general and business idesa. I talk about music a lot with Tablo and Suga.

What surprised most fans was that they even started a book club at one time, and it was all Suga’s idea!

The other day, Suga suggested we start a book club.

Eric being Korean American, shared that he actually struggles more to read in Korean as he is more used to English. That is completely understandable (and relatable)!

It’s hard for me to read books in Korean though (laugh).

We’re wondering now how long the book club lasted and if RM had an invite as he has quite the reputation of being an avid reader!
