Chuu And (G)I-DLE’s Yuqi Spill On Their ’99-Liner Friend Group
’99-liner idols Chuu and (G)I-DLE‘s Yuqi recently reunited for a fun episode of Chuu’s variety program, Chuu Can Do It.
While catching up, the two idols chatted about their close friend group, spilling on their fellow talented ’99-liner idols.
On December 31, 2022, Chuu and (G)I-DLE’s Yuqi joined fellow ’99-liner idols Oh My Girl‘s Arin, Weki Meki‘s Yoojung, and soloist Choi Yena for a performance of KARA‘s “Step” at the 2022 MBC Gayo Daejejeon.
While reminiscing about the special performance stage, they both realized it had been a while since the ’99-liner group got together.
Yuqi noted that she found it interesting that although the friend group shared the same birth year, they all had completely different vibes.
She shared that Oh My Girl’s Arin is very feminine, Chuu and Choi Yena are cute, and Weki Meki’s Yoojung is “so talented.”
As for herself, Yuqi jokingly stated she was “just good at everything,” while Chuu hilariously added that she should have seen Yuqi’s answer coming.
Yuqi shared that she is the only ’99-liner at CUBE Entertainment, so the ’99-liner friend group is especially precious to her.
Her chaotically lovable friendship with Chuu proves just how close the idols are, and hopefully, there will be a full ’99-liner reunion soon!
