Actor Hyun Bin‘s recent public appearance saw a straight-out-of-K-Drama moment at the mention of his wife Son Ye Jin‘s name.

Recently, Hyun Bin appeared at a fan event in the Philippines, hosted by his agency VAST Entertainment.

During the event, he played a game called “Have Bin or Haven’t Bin,” in which he had to answer questions with either option. One question asked him if he had ever kept a souvenir from the set of any of his projects, and he responded, “Yes.” The MC then proceeded to ask which souvenir he was talking about.

Before the actor could answer, the audience erupted in a loud cheer as many mentioned the name of Son Ye Jin, given that the two were co-stars in the popular K-Drama Crash Landing On You.

Hyun Bin walked to the front of the stage to hear clearly what the crowd was saying, and one of the audience members stepped up to whisper it to him directly. As soon as the actor realized they were talking about his wife, he couldn’t help but break into a shy smile.

“She told me, my wife,” Hyun Bin told the MC as he returned to his seat, making the crowd erupt into another cheer. As the MC jokingly scolded the audience member, saying Son Ye Jin was “not a souvenir,” Hyun Bin could hardly hold back his giddy expressions before he moved on to answer the question.

Fans were left swooning at Hyun Bin’s cute reaction and wished to see more of the couple in the future.
