LANY’s Paul Klein Has Nothing But Praise For BLACKPINK’s Rosé, Making Her A Successful Fan Again

This makes her a successful fan once again!

On the newest episode of Crush’s BlackVox, the singer was able to chat with a member of the American pop band LANY, Paul Klein, while the group was in Korea for the Slow Life Slow Live festival.

LANY was formed in 2014 and have ended up on the playlist of many K-Pop idols. IVE’s Liz and Rei recently collaborated with the group for a special version of “After LIKE,” where Paul Klein sang a new English verse on the song.

During the drive, Paul Klein made a lot of small talk with Crush, who was able to flex his impressive English skills. Crush congratulated him for the group headlining the music festival as Klein expressed how much he enjoyed performing in Korea.

Later in the episode, Crush asks Paul Klein if he knows any Korean musicians to which he responds that “my favorite Korean musician is Crush,” much to his delight.

After that cute moment, Paul Klein says that BLACKPINK‘s Rosé is his second favorite.

Paul Klein: My second favorite…Rosie put out that song called “On The Ground.” That’s a really good song.
Crush: BLACKPINK?
Paul Klein: Yeah!

This is probably exciting for Rosé who in the past said that she was most inspired by “Malibu Night” by LANY during an interview in 2019. Rosé was also able to meet Paul Klein when the group performed at the Forum in LA and not only took a group photo with the rest of BLACKPINK but got a solo photo with him as well.

Paul Klein also shared the photo saying that BLACKPINK were “actually the sweetest girls I’ve ever met.

Getting her debut solo track praised by one of her inspirations has made Rosé a successful fan once again. Hopefully, Rosé will be able to collaborate with LANY in the future!
