From her fitness to her diet, MAMAMOO‘s Solar lives a balanced, healthy lifestyle. Giving fans all of her favorite tips, she once spilled her secret recipe to a delicious smoothie that can help with weight loss.

The smoothie’s key point is kale which is known for its impressive list of health benefits, including boosting your metabolism. Check out the full list of ingredients below!

1. Kale

Solar washes 10 kale leaves and cuts the end of the stems before placing them in the blender.

2. Banana

Next, she adds anywhere from 1/2 to 2/3 of a banana.

3. Broccoli

She then chops up half a head of broccoli and adds it to the blender.

4. Blueberries

She throws in a handful to 1.5 handfuls of blueberries.

5. Cacao Nibs

She then adds a pinch of cacao nibs. Rich in magnesium, this can help people who find it difficult to sleep.

6. Apple

Next, she adds a whole chopped apple. However, if you’re properly dieting, you may want to only use 1/2.

7. Camu Camu Powder

She puts in half a tablespoon of camu camu powder for its vitamin C.

8. Almond Milk or Water

Lastly, for the main liquid, you can use 500 mL of unsweetened almond milk. However, if you’re dieting, it’s best to use water instead.

Blend all of the ingredients to create the delicious smoothie! You can store it for multiple days in the fridge.
