Netizens Swoon Over Son Heung Min’s Selfless Actions To Help A Child
Son Heung Min is currently a forward for Premier League club Tottenham Hotspur and the captain of Korea’s national soccer team.
Though he was already a popular and well-known player, he earned even more fans during the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022, where he and the talented national team members made it to the 16th round of the World Cup for the first time in 12 years.
When Brazil defeated the team in the 16th round, Son Heung Min showed why he was selected as the team captain when he humbly gave interviews, taking the opportunity to shed positivity on his team’s performance instead of finding reasons why they lost the match.

He also made sure the limelight was on his teammates when they arrived back in Korea with a warm reception and numerous media outlets present to capture their return home.

Son Heung Min’s kind personality is again earning attention, and this time it was because of how he took care of a young kid who was accompanying the Tottenham Hotspurs onto the field.
Son Heung Min, also affectionately referred to by fans as Sonny, was accompanied by a mascot. The mascot experience is open to One Hotspur Junior Members or season ticket holders under the age of 14.
A young girl who was part of the mascot experience walked hand-in-hand with Son Heung Min before the match.
As they made their way across the field, she appeared to shiver on the cold January day.
Son Heung Min reacted quickly, motioning towards his jacket before taking it off to cover her shoulders.
He then walked the length of the field with his arm sweetly around her shoulders.
