“Running Man” Cast Are Offered A Chance At “Revenge” On Kim Jong Kook… And They Don’t Hesitate

So it came as no surprise to viewers that when the cast got a chance to take “revenge” on Kim Jong Kook, they didn’t hesitate.
In an episode of Running Man, the cast members unexpectedly found themselves in a Saw-inspired scenario. A bee, representing a much more family-friendly Jigsaw, presented the episode’s challenge, where they would try to eliminate the cast member in charge of creating the whole situation.
The first cast member to be “brought to judgment” was Jong Kook, whose “crimes” were “[dominating the other cast members] by force” and “scary comments.”
After playing a game, six cast members got to vote on whether or not they wanted to eliminate Jong Kook at the very start of the episode, with Lee Kwang Soo receiving the blank paper meaning he couldn’t vote.
Although some of the cast members acted like they supported Jong Kook and didn’t want to eliminate him…
Given how frequently Jong Kook had shown off his astounding strength in their challenges, it wasn’t surprising that all but one of the cast members, excluding Jong Kook and Kwang Soo, voted to eliminate him.
And although they fully committed to a movie-like scene of wishing Jong Kook would be saved from elimination…
They celebrated “excitedly” the second the bees had removed him, having gotten “revenge.”
