“Waterbomb Goddess” Shows Her Workout Routine For A Fit Body

Last summer, former Cignature‘s Jeewon was crowned the newest “Waterbomb Goddess” after her performance went viral for her infectious energy and stunning figure.

She once showed her workout routine and how she maintains her fitness by going to Pilates.

She started the workout on the Cadillac and began with some simple stretches for the upper body…
…and the moved on to the lower body.
Next, she did a T-Balance exercise, making sure to follow through with the movement and bring her knee up.
Next, she moved onto the Ladder Barrel.
She did a variety of exercises for the core.
To finish, she ended with some simple stretching.
