Thrifty and humble queen.

On April 22, a video on her essentials was uploaded to the official YouTube channel of Cosmopolitan Korea. In the clip, Hyeri introduced items she carries in her bag while explaining her daily habits. While going through her must-haves, Hyeri pulled out a toothbrush and a portable sterilizer.

“You brush your teeth on the plane, right? It feels like such a waste to throw it away after just one use. So even if it’s disposable, I carry it around and use it a few more times.”

Hyeri also shared how she maintains hygiene, saying she stores the toothbrush in a portable sterilizer, noting that a single charge lasts quite a long time, making it very convenient.

Despite her thrifty tendencies, Hyeri has also made notable real estate investments that cemented her wealth. In 2022, she purchased a building in Samseong-dong for ₩7.75 billion KRW (about $5.24 million USD) through a family corporation, and another in Yeoksam-dong for ₩4.39 billion KRW (about $2.97 million USD). The estimated combined capital gain from both properties exceeds ₩6.00 billion KRW (about $4.05 million USD).
