8 Times BTS Turned Big Companies Into Diehard ARMYs
Every day, BTS‘s ARMY continues to grow, and some of those fans are companies. From fast-food chains to laundry detergent brands, everybody loves BTS!
1. Burger King
Burger King recently tweeted this burger doodle “infired” by BTS’s Love Yourself album designs.

Now, they are officially a stan account!
2. Heineken
This beer brewing company was extremely pleased by BTS’s drinks of choice at their post-tour dinner party.
According to Heineken, this is the perfect way to celebrate the end of era!
End of the #LoveYourself era? Perfect excuse to raise a #Heineken and play BTS on repeat😉🍻

3. Downy
Jungkook became Downy‘s “Laundry Fairy” when he accidentally caused two month’s worth of product to sell out overnight.
To thank Jungkook and his fans, Downy Korea held a give away…
“Thank you for the adorable love you’ve shown for Downy. As a way to express our thanks, we will give out free Downy to the Laundry Fairies who post about it! We sincerely thank you, Laundry Fairies!”

…and they eventually collaborated with BT21! During the summer, this “Downy Adorable BT21” limited edition was sold in major supermarkets in Korea.
4. Starbucks
BTS have been Starbucks fans since their rookie days, and now the feeling is mutual!
Last year, Starbucks wrote this BTS poem, and it ended up going viral.
A dash of Suga
A cup of Tae
Kookie for dessert
The full DNAA heart so waRM
Jin & Chim so sweet
We JHope your day
Is made with this tweet💚

5. Snickers vs Butterfinger vs KITKAT vs TWIX
In March 2018, these chocolate champs almost had a throwdown over BTS!
It all started when Butterfinger congratulated BTS on their “FAKE LOVE” music video, throwing some low key shade at Snickers.
No Fake Love here! Congrats on the new video @bts_bighit! Try diving into some Butterfinger next time 😜
— Butterfinger (@Butterfinger) May 19, 2018
Snickers wasn’t about to let that slide.
We think @bts_bighit made the right choice.
— SNICKERS® (@SNICKERS) May 22, 2018
That’s when things really got sticky!
3 days later? You missed the party.
— Butterfinger (@Butterfinger) May 22, 2018
You've already got a front row seat.
— Butterfinger (@Butterfinger) May 22, 2018
Soon, candy heavyweight KITKAT entered the ring with this “DOPE” edit…
…but TWIX backed out of the fight. They have enough to deal with as it is!
We've got enough drama between #LeftTWIX and #RightTWIX.
— TWIX® (@twix) May 22, 2018
They did, however, throw this out there!
We'd never do that. Just sayin'.

6. Target
Retailer Target was just as excited as ARMYs were to get their hands on MAP OF THE SOUL: PERSONA. In addition to tweeting out the album’s cover art…

— Target (@Target) April 12, 2019
…they also tweeted these punny Jin jokes.
We need the new #BTS album like we need oxi-Jin.
— Target (@Target) April 12, 2019
They also referenced Jungkook’s Downy craze!

7. Pantene vs TRESemme
Snickers and Butterfinger aren’t the only companies who have battled it out over BTS. Pantene and TRESemme had their own fun fight, back in April.
In October 2018, Steve Aoki became Pantene’s “Pantene Oppa” back, after the US radio station 103.7 KISS FM proposed that Pantene should make Steve Aoki their spokesperson.

Many ARMYs joined the Pantene Oppa Squad, but loyalties were tested when TRESemme entered the chat. On April 4, TRESemme congratulated BTS on their Billboard Music Awards nominations, calling them their “new hair idols”.
ARMYs immediately tweeted at Pantene, to alert them to the situation.
The next day, Pantene responded with nothing but sass. They told TRESemme that “nobody has” what they have with Pantene Oppa and ARMY, tagging BTS and Steve Aoki.
After that, the fight was on. Shots were fired back and forth, and ARMYs enjoyed every single second of it…with popcorn, of course!
We’re just gonna leave this here 😘 #ARMY #teamBTreS @7evenUnited pic.twitter.com/ckIHrfNBkG

8. Mattel
Unlike most of the companies on this, Mattel has official collaborations with BTS: the BTS dolls and figures. They could have just advertised the dolls in good old fashion commercials, but no. Mattel loves to make BTS memes on Twitter! Here’s a few:
