Canadian Bodybuilder Finally Apologizes For Alleging Kim Jong Kook’s Body Is Enhanced
Kim Jong Kook previously responded to Canadian bodybuilder Greg Doucette‘s baseless allegations that claimed the Running Man member used enhancements to achieve his fit physique. However, as Greg Doucette’s accusations continued over time and as the issue began to make headlines left and right, Kim Jong Kook finally decided it was time to receive legal counsel regarding the matter.
In a recent GYM JONG KOOK video on his YouTube channel, the singer invited a close friend and lawyer to discuss the ongoing situation. It was here that he revealed the reason why he chose to receive counsel regarding the controversy.
I’m not doing this for money. I believe that I’m owed at least an apology. This is my last message to you. As a human, as a man, as a man who works out, I want to give you a chance to apologize.

Kim Jong Kook also made sure to discuss Greg Doucette’s claims that took credit of his popularity. In an Instagram post that explained the allegations, the bodybuilder shared that he has “quite literally helped him [Kim Jong Kook] gain more popularity.”
It took all but one day for Greg Doucette to realize his mistakes and to take back his allegations. Just 24 hours following Kim Jong Kook’s legal video, the Canadian bodybuilder uploaded another video but this time, it was an apology for the Running Man member.
During his apology video, Greg Doucette made sure to reiterate that his previous allegation was just “an educated guess” while pointing out the cultural differences between the states and South Korea regarding the use of enhancements.
For Kim Jong Kook and his culture in Korea, it’s different than here. People frown on it more than here. Where I’m from, it’s legal and no big deal. People use it all the time. HRT is prescribed by your doctor. I’m prescribed HRT by my doctor. So based on the past evidence, I did my best educated guess.

So what is his official response? Greg Doucette decided that the best course of action was not only to make a formal apology, but also to remove the original allegation YouTube video.
So what am I going to do? Well, I am going to take down the videos on Kim Jong Kook where I said he’s probably not natural and leave this one up where I say, he’s probably natural. I don’t have proof that he’s natural […] but I’m going to give him the benefit of the doubt.
I’d like to apologize to Kim Jong Kook and his fans in Korea. I did the best I could with the information that I had. I took the other two videos down.
