THE BOYZ have filed a lawsuit against ONE HUNDRED CEO Cha Ga Won.
According to an exclusive report from Sports Kyunghyang, THE BOYZ’s legal representatives have filed a lawsuit against ONE HUNDRED CEO Cha Ga Won for embezzlement under the Act on the Aggravated Punishment of Specific Economic Crimes. Nine members of THE BOYZ previously filed for an injunction to suspend their exclusive contracts with the agency, citing failure to receive payments and breach of contract.

Cha Ga Won is facing a littany of legal complaints and lawsuits, with the police conducting a search and seizure of Cha Ga Won’s companies on April 3. She is under suspicion of using the artists she signed to collect payments in advance and failing to follow through on her business proposals. The alleged total amount of money lost due to her fraudulent claims is up to ₩30.0 billion KRW (about $20.4 million USD).
